As we reflect on the journey that led to the creation of Manifesto, it's impossible to ignore the central role our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Emerald P. Magahum's (EPM) passion for food and her explorations across the globe, most particularly in Europe and Asia, played in shaping our vision.

EPM's unwavering commitment to culinary excellence, and her profound appreciation for the diverse gastronomic traditions of Europe and Asia, have been the driving forces behind our evolution from a mere restaurant to a culinary destination.

Her travels across Europe and Asia not only broadened her palate but also ignited a fire to share the flavours, stories, and experiences she encountered along the way. From the bustling markets of Spain to the quaint bistros of France and Switzerland, including Japanese savouring Izakayas, each destination left an indelible mark on her culinary sensibilities, inspiring her to craft a dining experience that transcends borders and celebrates the richness of Asian and European cuisines.

When Manifesto was first conceptualised in 2022 as an Asian-European fusion restaurant, it was a testament to EPM's bold vision and her willingness to challenge culinary conventions. However, as our brand evolved, so did our commitment to delivering unparalleled quality and creating curated dishes that speak to the discerning palates of food aficionados.

A mother of three, born and raised in Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines her leadership of Manifesto has become synonymous with innovation, authenticity, and a relentless pursuit of culinary perfection. Her passion for food, coupled with her unyielding dedication to excellence, continues to inspire us all to push the boundaries of what is possible and to redefine the art of dining with each exquisite dish we create.
